Tasks will include
- organize and follow –up of all administrative and financial tasks
- coordinate purchases and deliveries
- update the database
- prepare and follow-up of expenses reports

- accountant degree or equivalent
- perfect knowledge of US accountancy and fiscality
- excellent organisation skills
- team spirit
- experience in similar job
- knowledge of MS office tools
- excellent English and Polish
- knowledge in French is an asset
